At Modular Closets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization system. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard modular components in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer success team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble any components if necessary and place all parts, hardware, and instructions back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your boxes and drop them off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
